Two sessions per week can be enough if you stick with it.

Not a huge goal. A believable goal.
A weekly target helps you keep momentum.

  1. A way to track progress

Tracking turns writing into something you can see.
And when you can see it, you keep going.

The “Minimum Week” Plan

Life happens. So plan for it.

Decide your minimum week. When everything goes sideways, what is the smallest win you can still complete?

Examples:

  • 250 words

  • one page

  • one section of a chapter

Minimum weeks protect momentum.
